Colin at the moment is obsessed with everything firetruck. Evan is just a long for the ride but Colin loves playing with Evan and showing how to make the ladder move and sirens go off. He's such a good big brother!

I will not be that mom to post to facebook about her son's potty success but I will blog about it. Colin is my no means fully trained but he's doing so great and I love seeing the excitement in his eyes when I scream proudly at the top of my lungs. He is so proud of himself everyone has to come running to look at the contents inside. Disgusting I know :) His favorite part.. the "paper". Leave for one second and this mess happens...

a saturday morning

we aren't busy or anything.. these boys are non stop. holy cow batman

and a few of colin in his crib after naptime. He goes from 0 to 100 in 2 seconds flat. He he loves that crib but will be moving to his bed that is already set up in his room when he is ready :) Every morning he wakes up so excited pointing to his bed. He's growing too fast.

Colin + Evan Update

My sweet and cuddly one. Evan will be 8 (EIGHT!) months here shortly. I honestly really do hate it. I said it when Colin was born during the first year but this time I really mean it. I wish I could savor all the baby moments forever. No he's not a good sleeper but he is the worlds sweetest cuddler and he loves mom :) He is talking up a storm. Laughs at Colin's crazy antics, loves to eat, loves his feet, loves the bath and so badly wants to crawl.

This one is crazy. Anyone who knows him and spends time with him is exhausted after an hour. He does not slow down and has the personality of a million monkeys in a room. He loves trucks at the moment, pretend playing, dancing, being outside, saying hello to neighbors as they drive by, wants to do everything by himself and seriously ADORES Evan. Adores him.

I am so lucky to be their mom.

July come and gone and the boys continue to grow likes weeds, our house remains noisy and constant and we are enjoying life as a family of four.

August plans: move colin into a big boy bed, finish out a few projects in the kitchen, pray evan sleeps through the night.. I think that's enough for one month :)
