first born

I sometimes look at Colin and think how did he get that big. But then 6 months passes and I look back at photos and think he was so tiny. I adore these photos. I picked up just Colin early from schooland took him to the doctor. We went to get ice cream and took an early bath and just played around the house. He has such a personality and really is so so loving. I know he is two but I will look back one day and realize just how small he really was. And these ridiculous PJ's are his absolute favorite. It's always the most horrid clothing that he loves. I love my brown eyed boy :)

Winery Playdate

The weather was perfect this weekend and we decided to head to Breaux Winery to lets the kids get some fresh air and the parents some wine. I really love Breaux- it's such a laid back winery with zero rules. Dogs, picnics and kids all welcome. It's so nice to be able to get out while the weather is still mild. Summers around here are brutal!

Evan lately

Evan at 5 months already has such a personality. We are working on sitting up and will be starting solids right around the corner. We had so many photos of Colin in his room and I wanted to mark this time before he didn't look little anymore. Although some lady told me the other day in the grocery store he looked nine months old. Yes, I know I reply I have huge babies. But sweet-can't-stop-kissing-your-cheeks-huge-babies :)

5 months

Evan is five months old but it feels like he has been a part of this family for so much longer. I'll have more of an update on this sweet face next month!

Birthday Season.

Winery season arrived... until we had to leave early because I apparently need to buy the ultra sensitive sunscreen for Evan. He inherited my sensitive skin. We celebrated dads birthday at Sunset Hills. That's Justin below laughing at the usual shirt and belts he gets from mom. She tried to tell us to jump on that bandwagon but Justin suggested something much more delicious. Happy Birthday dad!

Four Months

I would not have it any other way. I love being the mom of these boys. Comparison's @ 4 months!

Sarah's Shower

Sarah is getting married in a few months and I am so excited for her. It's wedding season among my friends and we are going to have a blast celebrating all these marriages. Sarah and I were roommates in college and we realized very quickly how alike we were. We are neat freaks, obsessed over small details, loved sharing clothes, watching sex and the city marathons and staying up late talking about boys. I don't think we ever went to sleep right away. We would always talk until we both fell asleep at night. I knew Sarah and I would be lifelong friends. She is one of the sweetest people I know. Her mom and sister threw a gorgeous shower in Philadelphia then all the girls took a cooking class and went out to celebrate with Sarah. It was so great to get to spend some time with the girls :)
